Nowadays, the food becomes more variety and the taste of food is also being more 'delicious'. Many foods are made by different food additives instead of raw foods, for preserving flavour, enhancing its taste and appearance. However, many food we find in the market are not made by nature ingredients and also having some safety problems, giving unexpected side effects which may cause dire consequences to our health.

The aim is to design a device and the relating freeze dry mold to change the form, while promoting the concept of healthy diet by adding our fruit flavoring, and also staying fun to cooking and eating.

現今食品有很多種類，食物的味道也越來越“好吃”。許多食品都含有不同的食品添加劑而不是由食品的原料製成，具保香性，還可以提高其口感和外觀。然而，我們發現在超級市場裹，許多食品都不是由自然原料製成的，還有一些安全問題，造成副作用，對我們的健康可能導致造成可怕的後果。

​我們的目的是設計一種裝置和相關的冷凍乾燥的模具來改變水果形式，做成天然水果調味劑，宣傳烹飪的樂趣和飲食促進健康飲食的概念。
